Delivery to your nominated address is available in our shopping cart and can be amended within the checkout process

Goods are subject to availability and where Goods are not available, the website will indicate that they are not available.

Goods can be delivered to a physical address and a post office box.

We will use our best endeavor to process orders within 3 days of receipt of payment. If any further delays are to be experienced, we will notify the purchaser (you) via, email, phone or text message.

Returns Policy

Cancellations of orders are to be approved and confirmed in writing by Clip Plate

Any goods altered or damaged by the purchaser cannot be returned under any conditions.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of issuance of written consent by Clip Plate.

Returned goods shall be returned to an address nominated by Clip Plate.

Goods shipped for return must be packaged in a similar manner to how it was shipped to you so that damage in transit does not occur.

The purchase may return goods via Australia Post or the purchasers own Freight Company. All returns are at the purchasers own costs

Credits for returned goods shall be made via the process of the original payment. Postage and or freight charges are non-refundable
