Ordering Goods

You may order Goods by completing the approved ordering process on the Website via our shopping cart.

You must fully and accurately complete all ordering details.

Orders are deemed to have been received once the Order has been successfully transmitted and payment of the Order has been processed.

Payment and Price

The prices payable for the Goods are the prices specified on the Website.

The prices are subject to change without notice by Clip Plate.

The prices include goods and services tax.

You will also need to pay a delivery fee for the Goods.

Delivery of Goods

Delivery to your nominated address is available in our shopping cart and can be amended within the checkout process.

Goods are subject to availability and where Goods are not available, the website will indicate that they are not available.

Goods can be delivered to a physical address and a post office box.

We will use our best endeavours to process orders within 3 days of receipt of payment. If any further delays are to be experienced, we will notify the purchaser (you) via, email, phone or text message.

If delivery is by standard mail service, we cannot be held accountable for any order that does not arrive at the destination. We accept no responsibility for Australia Post loss or damage of deliveries.

When Goods are delivered the receiver of the Goods will be deemed to have been authorised to accept the Goods on your behalf if you are not present at the time of delivery.

Where Australia Post is unable to leave an item, you may need to collect the Goods from a post office.

Returns Policy

Cancellations of orders are to be approved and confirmed in writing by Clip Plate.

Any goods altered or damaged by the purchaser cannot be returned under any conditions.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of issuance of written consent by Clip Plate.

Returned goods shall be returned to an address nominated by Clip Plate.

Goods shipped for return must be packaged in a similar manner to how it was shipped to you so that damage in transit does not occur.

The purchase may return goods via Australia Post or the purchasers own Freight Company. All returns are at the purchasers own costs.

Credits for returned goods shall be made via the process of the original payment. Postage and or freight charges are non-refundable.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

Clip Plate may be required to change these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Such changes may include changes to the nature and type of offers made by Clip Plate.
